We offer a refund window of three (3) calendar days from the date of the initial payment for any new service package purchased. A refund will only be considered within this 3-day period and only if the client provides a valid and justifiable reason for dissatisfaction.
Important: No refund requests will be entertained after the 3-day window has passed, under any circumstances.
2. Valid Grounds for a Refund
To be eligible for a refund within the 3-day period, clients must meet the following conditions:

- The reason for the refund must be based on:
- Service not being delivered as described
- Major miscommunication or failure in execution during onboarding
- Technical issues preventing initiation of services

3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
- Refund requests submitted after the 3-day refund period
- Change of mind or no longer needing the service
- Lack of responsiveness from the client’s side or delays caused by the client
- Partial use of services or completion of any deliverables
- Promotional or discounted services unless otherwise stated in writing
4. How Refunds Are Processed
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days from the date of approval.
- Social Scholar reserves the right to deduct any applicable transaction fees or service charges from the refund amount.
